Justin is the founder and CEO of Strategic Venue Partners (SVP). Justin brings a unique background in finance, marketing, renewable energy and wireless solutions to the company’s leadership team. Recognizing the need for critical infrastructure in the enterprise market, Justin founded SVP with a vision to provide seamless connectivity to all types of venues that meet today’s modern demands and are easily adaptable to future connectivity needs.
Prior to founding SVP in 2017, Justin served as managing partner at Altus Power America, a Blackstone and Goldman Sachs backed renewable investment fund with more than $800MM of committed capital. Prior to Altus, Justin co-founded Wind Farm Capital, a Barclays and Fortress backed wind energy investment fund, which was merged with American Wind Capital and sold to Hannon Armstrong, a US REIT. Justin previously founded Level Communications, a wireless infrastructure firm focused on distributed antenna systems and wireless development. Wireless Capital Partners funded by Goldman Sachs and Citibank backed acquired Level Communications in 2006. Justin began his wireless career with Fidelity Communications, where he was a co-founder. Fidelity Communications was a cellular tower development firm focused on tower development in the northeast.

In his role as president and CFO, Chad assists with the overall strategic direction of SVP and ensures the SVP team has what it needs to deliver connectivity solutions to businesses.
Prior to joining SVP, Chad was the President and Chief Financial Officer of MasterImage 3D, a technology company that provided pioneering 3D solutions for theaters, mobile devices and gaming. Chad has also worked at Lighthouse capital where he structured and advised symphony 3D technologies. Chad attended Emory University and holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Hartford.

As senior vice president and general counsel, Christopher evaluates and leads investments in wireless infrastructure technology for SVP. He also heads up the company’s corporate operations and legal affairs and is responsible for daily operations and investment transactions.
Prior to SVP, Christopher was counsel at Altus Power America, a Blackstone and Goldman Sachs-backed renewable investment fund, where he was involved in all facets of the development process for utility-scale and commercial & industrial distributed generation solar energy projects. Chris previously worked in the legal department at CHANEL, Inc. and served as a judicial intern to Federal Judge Cheryl L. Pollak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.

As a senior associate focused on strategy and corporate finance at Strategic Venue Partners (SVP), Sean assists with the overall strategic financial direction of the company. He brings a background in banking and operational roles, with a focus on the technology, real asset and infrastructure industries, to SVP. Sean’s background helps him drive the day-to-day operations of the company.
Prior to SVP, Sean was an investment banking associate at BNP Paribas in the bank’s corporate and institutional banking practice where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private capital advisory. While at BNP, he worked on transactions predominantly in the hard asset and infrastructure verticals and across all phases of sell side and buy side engagements. Prior to BNP Paribas, Sean was an analyst at AGC Partners, an investment bank with a focus on technology, media and telecommunications.
Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in political economy from Williams College.

As senior vice president of business development for Strategic Venue Partners (SVP), Darlene oversees the development and implementation of in-building wireless connectivity solutions for venues across the nation. She identifies areas of opportunity for increased connectivity for existing venues and assists businesses with the most modern connectivity options for new construction. Darlene brings extensive knowledge of distributed antenna systems to SVP.
Darlene is a wireless industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, including 17 years in various leadership roles at major wireless telecom companies. Prior to joining SVP, she served as vice president of enterprise for JMA Wireless, where she led a successful enterprise sales strategy. Darlene has aided business development at many notable companies throughout her career, including BlueStream Professional Services, Mobile Access and Sprint’s custom network solutions group.

Eric joined Strategic Venue Partners (SVP) in February 2020. As the company’s vice president of business development, Eric drives solutions for various types of organizations with the planning, development and implementation of telecom infrastructure sales using SVP’s groundbreaking managed service model.
Eric brings more than 30 years of telecom and marketing experience and a proven track record of profitable business growth to SVP. Over the years, Eric has specialized in C-suite customer relationship management in a range of hospital systems and real estate venues. He’s previously held positions at American Tower Corporation, Hormel Foods, Johnson & Johnson and NuVasive.
Eric resides in North Carolina with his wife, Tammy, and dog, Max, where they enjoy hiking and kayaking in the North Carolina mountains.

Andy brings years of creating custom wireless solutions for various types of businesses to Strategic Venue Partners (SVP). As vice president of business development, Andy looks for ways to develop and implement optimal connectivity solutions for businesses across North America.
Prior to SVP, Andy served as vice president of sales and leasing for Neutral Connect Networks, where he improved users’ mobile device experience. He previously served as Extenet’s executive director of business development for 10 years, where he oversaw the identification of wireless carrier needs to the execution of providing solutions for all network engagements. Andy has also held positions with New Century Education and Pearson Education.

Maurice brings more than 15 years of experience building multi-million dollar projects to Strategic Venue Partners (SVP). As director of Construction, he directs construction resources and manages the delivery of SVP’s solutions within venues.
Over the years of holding construction management positions at various telecom companies, Maurice has gained experience in DAS installation, the installation of data systems and electrical systems and other systems that are crucial to the success of SVP’s customers. Maurice has held positions at Linx LLLP, American Tower and more. He was also a minority stake owner and project manager for Cogent Electric.

Ray Faucher is director of engineering and construction at Strategic Venue Partners. Ray has more than 25 years of experience in the wireless and commercial construction industry. He is at the forefront of emerging technologies and continues to work on developing new standards advancing the quality and performance of wireless networks.
Previous companies include Evolution RF, Goodman Networks, Cellular Specialties and SmartLynx, where Ray held principal and senior management positions leading engineering, project management, training and managed services. Ray and his teams have successfully deployed more than 9,000 in-building wireless projects. OEM product experience includes ADRF, Bird, Cisco, Cobham, Commscope, Corning, JMA, Motorola, SOLiD, Westell, Zinwave and others. Holder or qualifier for various state GC and electrical licenses, and FCC commercial GROL license.
