Mr. Marron is the founder and CEO of Strategic Venue Partners. Prior to founding SVP, Mr. Marron served as Managing Partner of Altus Power America, a Blackstone and Goldman Sachs backed renewable investment fund with over $300MM of committed capital. Before Altus, Mr. Marron co-founded and served as President of Wind Farm Capital, where he oversaw the acquisition and management of operational wind farm assets. Wind Farm Capital was acquired by Barclays, Fortress & Natural Gas Partners and merged with American Wind Capital. Before WFC, Mr. Marron founded Level Communications, a wireless infrastructure firm focused on DAS and wireless development. Level Communications was acquired by Wireless Capital Partners, where Mr. Marron served as Senior Vice President. Mr. Marron began his career co-founding Fidelity Communications, a cellular tower development company where he served as Director of Business Development until its acquisition by a publicly traded REIT. Mr. Marron holds a BA from Rollins College.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Aaron is a co-founder and the current CFO of Strategic Venue Partners. Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Aaron was the President and Chief Financial Officer of MasterImage 3D, a technology company that provides pioneering 3D solutions for theaters, mobile devices and gaming. With digital 3D cinema systems installed in over 100 countries, MasterImage 3D is a fast- growing digital 3D cinema system supplier offering audiences the sharpest and clearest 3D experience while providing exhibitors with a compelling ownership-based pricing model. Founded in 2004, MasterImage 3D is privately held and headquartered in Hollywood, with offices in the UK, Tokyo and Seoul. Prior to MasterImage 3D, Mr. Aaron worked at Lighthouse Capital where he structured and advised Symphony 3D Technologies on the acquisition of the controlling interest in MasterImage 3D. Mr. Aaron attended Emory University and holds an MBA from the University of Hartford.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Grimes is a co-founder and the current COO of Strategic Venue Partners. Prior to SVP, Rich Grimes served as COO of InSite’s DAS and Small Cell Group, where he led strategy, development and operations for one of the largest privately held wireless infrastructure companies in the US. Mr. Grimes has over 22 years of expertise in wireless infrastructure development and venue management and has led some of the largest DAS venue development projects in the US. Mr. Grimes pioneered the monetization of wireless real estate leases. Before InSite, Mr. Grimes served as CEO & Managing Partner of Capital Tower Group a wireless infrastructure development firm. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Wireless Capital Partners, a Goldman Sachs, Citicorp & Macquarie owned wireless infrastructure and financial services company. Before Wireless Capital Partners, Mr. Grimes was the Director for National Network Real Estate Strategy at AT&T Wireless. He holds a BA from Santa Clara University and a JD from Western State University College of Law.
Chief Business Development Officer
Ms. Braunschweig is the Chief Business Development Officer at Strategic Venue Partners. She is a wireless industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, including 17 years in various leadership roles at major wireless telecom companies. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Enterprise for JMA Wireless, where she led a successful enterprise sales strategy. Prior to JMA Wireless, Ms. Braunschweig led the efforts at BlueStream Professional Services following the successful sale of select assets of Tempest Telecom Solutions’ DAS business unit, which she led as President for two years. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Operations and Marketing at Mobile Access, where she was instrumental in the company’s phenomenal growth of its DAS product line to market leader. Mr. Braunschweig was instrumental in building and leading the team that helped position Mobile Access for its acquisition by Corning. She also led Sprint’s CNS (Custom Network Solutions) group, where she helmed the largest and broadest roll out of DAS systems throughout the US, which was focused on quality, performance and speed to market, and resulted in hundreds of successful implementations.
Christopher Malone is Vice President and General Counsel at Strategic Venue Partners. Prior to SVP, Mr. Malone was Counsel at Altus Power America, a Blackstone and Goldman Sachs backed renewable investment fund with over $300MM of committed capital. At Altus Power America, Mr. Malone was involved in all facets of the development process for utility-scale and commercial & industrial distributed generation solar energy projects. As Counsel, he was responsible for the negotiation and review of all transaction documents. Mr. Malone began his career as an attorney for Gorlick, Kravitz & Listhaus. He holds a BA from New York University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
