Prior to SVP, Mr. Marron was formerly the Managing Partner of Altus Power America, a Blackstone, Goldman Sachs & Global Atlantic backed renewable investment fund with over $300MM of committed capital. Mr. Marron created and successfully implemented the company’s growth strategies while leading the company’s national and international acquisitions and sales/marketing platform. Mr. Marron also recruited and managed the company’s national acquisition teams and subsequent managers. Mr. Marron speaks regularly at industry events nationwide on the best practices to raise and deploy capital effectively and efficiently into renewable energy infrastructure also on how REITs and private portfolio companies can maximize non-core revenues.

Prior to SVP, Chad was formerly the President and Chief Financial Officer of MasterImage 3D, Inc. MasterImage 3D, Inc is a 3D technology company that provides pioneering solutions for theaters, mobile devices and gaming. With digital 3D cinema systems installed in over 100 countries, MasterImage 3D is a fast- growing digital 3D cinema system supplier, offering audiences the clearest, sharpest 3D experience while providing exhibitors with a compelling ownership-based pricing model. Founded in 2004, the company is privately held and headquartered in Hollywood, with offices in the UK, Tokyo and Seoul. Prior to coming on full time at MasterImage 3D, Chad though Lighthouse Capital structured and advised Symphony 3D Technologies on the acquisition of the controlling interest in MasterImage 3D.

Prior to SVP, Rich Grimes led InSite’s DAS and Small Cell Group as COO, leading it’s Strategy, Business Development, Operations, and Management for one of the largest privately held wireless infrastructure companies in the United States. Rich has over 22 years of experience and expertise in wireless infrastructure development strategy, business model structuring, transactional management, deployment, and venue management involving some of the largest DAS venues in the United States. He pioneered the monetization of wireless real estate leases and industry, and has led a major wireless network technology change-out project., and has led a major wireless network technology change-out project.

Steve Crosby has over 30 years of experience with a wide-variety of some of the most high profile clients and companies and issues, known for his extensive business, educational, and political leadership relationships. Crosby has an extensive and broad range of accomplished skills in corporate communications, strategic and crisis communications, issues management, media training, branding/corporate image, sports public relations, land-use, permitting/entitlement, fundraising, government/community relations to grassroots and coalition-building. Crosby was most recently Senior Vice President of Frontier Communications Corporation www.frontier.com (NASDAQ: FTR; a Fortune 500 and an S&P 500 company). Crosby was responsible for the legislative and regulatory affairs for half of the country for Frontier, in addition to handling Frontier’s corporate communications and public relations functions for the largest rural telecommunications company in the United States.
