Todd Fenske is Regional Director of Technology Infrastructure – West at Strategic Venue Partners (SVP). With more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications, construction, and technology systems integration, Todd leads the planning and execution of complex low-voltage and wireless infrastructure projects across healthcare, aviation, and commercial sectors in the western U.S.

Before joining SVP, Todd served as Regional Director of Technology Infrastructure at Hensel Phelps, where he managed mission-critical projects integrating DAS, wireless networks, and other building systems for major medical centers and government facilities. His career also includes technology leadership roles at Catholic Health Initiatives, WSP USA, Centura Health, and Rimrock Group (now BCER), where he oversaw the design and implementation of advanced communications and security systems.

A certified BICSI RCDD, OSP, and RTPM, Todd brings deep technical expertise and a holistic approach to building connectivity. He holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronic Communications from North Dakota State College of Science.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys exploring Colorado’s outdoors and spending time with his family.
