Jennifer Durden is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in wireless telecommunications infrastructure and real estate. She brings a strong track record of building high-performing real estate divisions, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving significant revenue growth across the wireless and commercial property sectors.

Before joining SVP, Jennifer founded JD Consulting, an advisory firm supporting property owners and managers on wireless infrastructure leasing opportunities, contract negotiation, and project management.

Previously, Jennifer served as Director of Real Estate at Phoenix Tower International, a Blackstone-backed wireless infrastructure firm. As a core member of the executive team, she designed and scaled the company’s enterprise real estate strategy, leading partnerships with national commercial real estate owners and major wireless carriers. During her tenure, she helped grow the company from startup to a $74.9M enterprise with over 20,000 marketed properties and a global footprint across Latin America and Europe.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer held leadership roles at Global Tower Partners (acquired by American Tower), Hilton Worldwide, and Equity One, where she delivered measurable value through portfolio expansion, contract negotiations, and innovative leasing strategies. She began her career in lease analysis and field operations before moving into corporate real estate leadership.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University and has earned certifications in Asset Management Strategy from Cornell University and Paralegal Studies from Ashworth College.
