As an Associate focused on corporate finance and underwriting efforts at Strategic Venue Partners (SVP), Neha supports the company in providing cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers. With a background in technology investment banking, she brings a strong foundation in financial analysis, market research, and deal execution, which enables her to contribute meaningfully to the company’s daily operations. 

Prior to joining SVP, Neha was an investment banking analyst at TD Securities in the bank’s diversified technology group. While at TD, she worked on a variety of transactions including sell-side M&A and private capital solutions with a focus in the TMT sector. Neha holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University.
