As an Analyst assisting with corporate finance and underwriting at Strategic Venue Partners, Adam supports the company in delivering bespoke wireless solutions to its customers. Adam’s background helps him play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the company.
Prior to SVP, Adam was a Business Consultant at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in the firm’s valuations practice, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and financial valuations advisory. His responsibilities included providing valuable insights and strategic guidance for both buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory. Moreover, he played a crucial role in conducting comprehensive valuations for intercompany transactions. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Delaware.
